Sell Your TimeshareSell Your Timeshare the Easy way
Please complete one agreement per each week being
listed. This is a non-exclusive listing agreement to sell your timeshare. However, if you or another agency sells your property, it is your responsibility to contact us in writing. Sales will be handled by a licensed Real Estate Broker to sell your timeshare and closings will be held by a Title Company or Attorney. We will handle all arrangements for closings. Commission is a fee of any amount above the agreed upon net price in which you would like to receive or will accept. We strongly suggest sellers to price their week competitively so we can sell your timeshare. Buyers will pay closing costs unless stated otherwise in sales contract. This agreement will be in effect for twelve (12) months from the date submitted to sell your timeshare and will automatically be renewed upon its anniversary date unless cancelled in writing by either party. All proceeds from the sale will be disbursed in a timely manner upon closing by the title/closing company handling the closing. Once you sign your listing agreement to sell your timeshare: DO NOT BANK ANY MORE WEEKS. Only if your week is with-in 30 days of starting should you bank your week. Your goal is to sell your timeshare, not give it to the exchange company. If we present to you a contract at full asking price and you have not adhered to this paragraph, it may kill your sale. If this happens WE ARE DUE OUR FULL COMMISSIONS. DO NOT BANK WEEKS! For properties listed “get rid of it" our commission is whatever the property brings on the market.
