Enjoy a combination of natural beauty and tropical pleasures at Paradise Harbour Club & Marina on exciting Paradise Island, just across the bridge from picturesque Nassau. Stop by the casual Columbus Tavern Restaurant & Bar and savor the international gourmet delights. Take off on the Resort’s Club Launch, shop at one of the straw markets, or browse Nassau’s duty-free shops. Snorkel, swim, relax in a hammock under the palm trees, or island-hop for a few hours. P.A.D.I. scuba courses available as are complimentary bicycles, water-taxi to downtown and a small library.

If you like relaxation, this is the place for you. It’s right on the marina with lovely views of the sea and yachts. The sister resort is a short walk or a free shuttle ride away where you’ll find the ocean (Paradise Island Beach Club-PIBC).

There are only 18 units on this site. The room had two double beds, a small TV, couch, one soft chair and one hard chair and a coffee table. A safe is provided in the closet. There is a nice balcony with a table and 4 chairs and a chaise lounge looking over the marina and the back of the restaurant. There were lots of glasses, four cups and saucers etc. The bathroom was tiny, closet space ample and drawer space was ok. The A/C was only an on and off switch, no temperature control.  Daily maid service with change of towels is provided.

On Saturday night, after arriving, the resort shuttles you over to PIBC where there is a lovely welcoming party poolside. Free drinks and a few snacks were supplied.

The resort has a limited supply of bikes to use. The bikes were ok-not in the greatest of shape.

The pool at PHC is nice but not heated. There is a free shuttle (by bus or water taxi) to Nassau about 4 times a day but the last one back to PI leaves at 4:45. There is also a bus shuttle or golf cart shuttle on scheduled times to take you to and from PIBC if you want to go to the beach.

The front desk folk were very nice and generally helpful. There is a computer at the reception area with a sign indicating a small charge per day.

Oceanique has a great beach location and is very quiet. It is walking distance to shopping area and restaurants and only minutes to Cocoa Beach. The resort is nice with big units 2 bdrm, 2 baths, including new washer/dryer. Offers wireless LAN (Internet) in lobby / pool area.

It has a nice pool area with Jacuzzi, barbeque while you watch Space Shuttle launches from your balcony or the beach. It has friendliest front desk employees!

Timeshare Resales are available at Las Olas Beach Club of Cocoa Beach. Las Olas Beach Club of Cocoa Beach is located on a barrier island in the Atlantic Ocean about 50 miles southeast of Orlando. Enjoy the beach, heated outdoor pool, spa, and poolside barbecue grills. Tennis courts are nearby, and many fine golf courses are within an easy driving distance. For sight-seeing, visit Kennedy Space Center, 15 miles away, or take in Orlando, about one hour away. Stay close to the resort and participate in planned weekly activities, such as potluck cookouts, karaoke parties, sand-sculpture contests, and much more.

The facility, furnishings and staff are first rate because its family managed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Pier. They even have a parking garage. There are organized activities.

Each three bedroom unit is about 1800 square feet. The large master bedroom had a Roman tub in the corner, a big walk in closet, a bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom had two double beds. The third bedroom was set up as a den, with a sofa bed, TV, full closet.

There was a large living room, new carpeting, new furniture, dining room had a table for 6, and a second table nearer the kitchen that had two chairs. The kitchen was large and had very much equipment; you could do a lot of cooking and a generous supply of dishes, glasses, etc. There was a stacking washer and dryer in the closet off the kitchen.

A large balcony had a terrific view, and besides the table and 4 chairs, two comfortable chaise lounges. There are 28 units in the complex. the standard two bedroom units are 1650 square feet and the one bedroom 1550 square feet. Even the standard two bedroom had an additional den with a TV and chairs. The resort is in excellent condition. The furnishings appeared new.

There is a large lobby area and there were lots of activities. There is a nice, heated pool, a hot tub that was for adults only, and of course a walkway to the beach. For the beach, there is lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys located in the parking garage under the units. There is a sand castle building contest for kids.

The activities included a welcome breakfast, bingo, a golf outing, a mini golf outing, an appetizer buffet at a restaurant followed by Karaoke, a potluck cook out, free, poolside daiquiri party, comedy club, etc. Free movies, are also available to take to your room. The staff is very friendly, have been there a long time, some are family members as this resort is run by the Matey family.

As its name implies, you’ll discover a new vacation experience every day at Discovery Beach Resort. Situated on the beautiful, white sands of popular Cocoa Beach, the resort puts sun and fun right outside your door. Swim in refreshing Atlantic waters, or stay ashore in the resort’s pool. The exercise room and sauna along with tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are all available for your use. Visit nearby Cape Kennedy, 15 miles away; laugh at the antics of trained whales at Sea World 45 miles away; or wander through Walt Disney World or Universal Studios Florida, both 60 miles from the resort.

Kitchen was well stocked, including dishwasher, dishwasher detergent and dish soap. Bathrooms has ample supply of towels, toilet paper, and soap. A nice added touch was having 6 beach towels in the unit for our use. Maids do a Wednesday “tidy-up” in the unit for free. There is a washer & dryer in the unit and one box of laundry detergent was provided.

Kitchen was pretty well stocked, including a blender. Master bedroom was spacious with a king size bed and it’s own balcony overlooking the ocean. Second bedroom was smaller with two twin beds. Each of these has ample closet space and chest of drawers in each room. Living room has a couch that made into a bed and also has a balcony looking out over the ocean.

The resort has a restaurant. The restaurant is decked out in Survivor memorabilia, so if you’re a fan of the show, you ought to check it out. The pool was quite large for a resort pool. Not fancy or elaborate, but certainly nice. There is also a basketball court and tennis courts up above the parking garage and in good shape. There are activities on most days, usually by the pool. This resort has a great location. The balcony contained 1 small table with two chairs and one lounge chair. There is plenty of room to stash surf boards and ice chests at the end of the day.

The pool area building, which is the main one, has a huge impressive lobby. Wifi is available in this area but there is no specific place designated for computer use. Therefore you see many people sitting on couches with their computers.

The pool is huge and free form. There is a lazy river with tubes for floating and a waterslide. There is a movie theatre which runs fairly recent movies all day- from 7 on, movies are more for adults. There are lots of activities scheduled; mainly for kids. It is a haven for kids.

The location of the resort is in the small town of Cape Canaveral an extension of Cocoa Beach. It is a quiet area but there are a fe sightseeing places nearby-e.g. Kennedy space center. There is a mall on Merritt Island about 15 minutes away. It is about a 45 drive to Orlando.

Ocean Landings Resort and Racquet Club is located on Florida’s east coast, in the Kennedy Space Center area, Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to Disney World and other major Central Florida attractions. Las Olas means “the waves,” which can be seen from your private balcony at this oceanfront resort. The Atlantic Ocean is just outside your door. For your enjoyment, the resort has an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, beach volleyball, barbecue grills, a picnic area, and 600 feet of beach. Make the most of your visit with a round of golf on one of the several recommended area courses. In addition, guests have tennis privileges at the Pines Tennis Club, only five minutes away. The family-style atmosphere encourages weekly get-togethers that will make you feel welcome.

This is a beachfront resort with a lot of beach to walk and sun. At high tide the beach is fairly narrow but the resort can keep beach chairs on the sand. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The resort staff is the nice. Staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly. The activities director had great recommendations and was very entertaining. You need a car to see any of the sites beyond the beach but there are restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store, pharmacy and a small plaza within waling distance.

The full kitchen has everything you need including, dishwashing liquid, some dishwasher powder, a roll of paper towels and a start-up kit containing coffee & several filters. While the resort starts you off with a basic starter package of toilet tissue, soap, a roll of paper towels, garbage bags etc.; you can get a replacements at mid week.
