The Windjammer Villas are built in the cliffs which depending on your unit can be a little challenging to walk. They do offer on property free shuttles when you leave your unit to take you anywhere on the resort you want to go. Very prompt friendly service I might add.

Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and knew the meaning of hospitality. Upon our arrival at the resort they offered us a refreshing beverage, on the house. The welcome was a truly needed relief from our long journey to get there. They also have a small market on site to help with untimely snacking craves.

Any activity you want to do can be arranged there at the resort and the guides are so helpful in planning and making the most out of your limited time. Horseback ride on the beach, a tree top adventure and take a sunset cruise on a pirate ship.

This is simple living at its best. Gorgeously landscaped. Everything is done with perfect but simple taste. No AC–ceiling fans and windows handle the heat, though it does get toasty but cools down at night. No pool, and none needed. Descend the funicular and steps down to the small bay swimming beach–the water couldn’t be a more perfect temperature. A good restaurant and bar are also nearby.

Located on 55 acres of St. Lucia hillside, the Windjammer Landing caters to honeymooners and families. Designated honeymoon accommodations are located in a separate area, away from the family villas and the dining room is closed to children on certain evenings. All the Villas are on the hillside so room service takes at least 1/2 an hour. Kids loved the trampoline raft and the ice mountain.

A lovely, quiet and secluded spot. A car is a must. The resort consists of approximately 45 villas, of which 10-15 or so are timeshares, the remaining are privately owned.

The villas themselves were nice inside. The interiors were being completely renovated. The units are very spacious inside. It is a very nice and peaceful place to relax. You need a car to get around the island. There is a very nice beach right next to the resort but the tides / current are dangerous.

The villa’s themselves had a nice patio which is great to eat breakfast on & relax. There was a very nice looking restaurant/bar that had opened up right next to the resort.

The hotel’s own activities staff organizes island tours, games, and other recreational events. Swimming, fishing, sailing, and other pool- and beach-oriented opportunities beckon. The rooms are regular hotel rooms with a refrigerator. The location is at the end of Front Street in Philipsburg, right down the street from Divi Little Bay. When walking home from downtown, we were at the hotel and could watch the poor people who stayed at Divi walking up the hill.

The hotel has everything one needs: a little shop, exercise room, beauty saloon, activity desk, restaurants, bar and casino. There was a large pool and water sports equipment on the beach. The best thing was the location and the view. The location right at Philipsburg. The view over Great Bay. We could walk right downtown, go shopping all day long or hang out at the beach and watch the cruise ships and the passengers.

The club is older and could be very nice with some updates. However, it is clean and the custodian staff does a great job of cleaning the units, and they are polite and very accommodating.

The best part is the location, and the fact it is out of the way. The proximity to the French side, for dinners, was excellent; within a 5 – 10 minute drive were 15 great restaurants.

The beach was pretty small and the wave action prevented swimming except for one day, however, the large beaches on the island are not really that far away.

A general store located at The Ocean Club will be able to supply most of the food and drink requirements plus suntan lotion, films, etc. Fresh bread, breakfast croissants, etc. will also be available.
