Green Blue Houses timeshare resort is situated in the heart of the Marina. The Casino, bar and restaurants, golf, tennis, swimming, water sports, scuba diving and windsurfing are all nearby.

Green Blue Houses is an RCI Resort of International Distinction timeshare resort located near the eastern end of the Grand Terre portion of Guadeloupe, about 1/2 hour from the airport (unless you get caught in the rush hour). It is a 5-story building about 4 years old directly on the marina in St. Francois, the 2nd largest tourist area in Guadeloupe.
unit have a kitchen, living room & large balcony on level one, good-size bedroom & large bathroom on second level, the bedroom & bathroom connected by a foyer-like space with an additional sofa-bed. Everything is clean & very modern, all appliances, TV, A/C. Unit was quiet & in an area with many restaurants.

Staff very cooperative, spoke some English (note: it helps to have some French throughout Guadeloupe, as many people speak little, if any, English). Local beaches were a 5-10 minute walk; outstanding swimming & snorkeling beach at Pte des Chateaux, at far eastern end of island about 10 minutes by car. Condo is right across the street from a golf course, around the perimeter of which I jogged or walked every day.

Guadeloupe itself is outstanding, though most of the best sights are on the other part of the island, Basse Terre, and the traffic between the 2 parts of the island can be terrible. The sights include: Route de la Grand Traversee, a fine road through the rain forest & across the mountains to the west coast of Grand Terre (at the west end of which lying offshore by a five-minute boat ride, is Pigeon Island, in an underwater national park which Jacques Cousteau helped establish— excellent snorkeling & diving); Chutes du Corbet, a trio of lovely waterfalls; the archeological park at Trois Rivieres; the drive up toward the top of the volcano.

Creole Beach Hotel Timeshare Review

Creole Beach Hotel timeshare resort is a fabulous 3 star hotel in a magnificent setting with all of the expected facilities and amenities. Porters are on hand to help you with your luggage and from the reception area one can see the snack bar, restaurant, swimming pool along with the beach and blue sea.

Located right on a strategic peninsula of sand and blue sea this paradise offering was wonderful! Guadeloupe is actually 2 islands, created at 2 different times in 2 different ways that are joined by a bridge. Called the Butterfly Island (bridge is where the 2 ‘wings’ meet) the resort is close to this center. So you can easily tour both halves of Guadeloupe from here easily. Make sure you do go over to the other side, as it is mountainous, lush, rain forest with several great waterfalls to climb and swim in their natural jacuzzi swirling baths at the base. The unit was very European, meaning basic, simple, tiled, but definitely cozy and more than adequate. Once you take a look at the outside amenities and the view you won’t be in our unit more than 5 minutes longer than you have to be. All the water toys available on site. Near to the street market (short drive) and not too far from airport.

This resort is just on one of those small bits of sand that somebody was smart enough to grab and put their resort on; a real special corner of the world.

There are a lot of natives selling their wares on the beach-but they are restricted to the waterline area – so you can sit farther back and not be hassled if you don’t care for the colorful hawkers that are so Jamaican.

There is security at the timeshare resort all the time, so you should feel safe. And in Jamaica feeling safe is important as well understanding that you will be approached constantly by taxis, vendors, etc. you must be careful not to be taken advantage of. There were resort activities given to us when we asked, like cocktail hours and discounts on boats, but nothing actually happened and had not been for quite a long time when we asked about it.

Club Caribbean enjoys a prime beachfront location in the village of Runaway Bay. It also boasts a PADI International five-star training facility, which offers a five-day course for scuba-diving certification, as well as one-day courses for beginners. The resort also offers complimentary use of glass-bottom boats and equipment for windsurfing, sailing, and snorkeling. Waterskiing is offered, and deep-sea fishing can be arranged for a fee. Play tennis and volleyball on site or take advantage of the golf and horseback riding facilities close by.

The timeshare building is a plantation style, three story building. The timeshare unit is clean and had daily maid service. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of activites and the resort would be good for anyone - adults, seniors, single and families with kids. There is a tour desk next to the lobby where they book excursions, which is necessary to get around because renting a car isn’t advisable due to the condition of the roads.

There is a buffet style restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of choices. There is a Jamaican night on Fridays at the buffet, they have all the Jamaican food you could imagine and decorated with huge arrangements of fruit, vegetables and flowers. There is a pool bar and one out over the water that has swings for seats.
