Each pool has a swim up bar that is open until 6:00 PM. They also serve more traditional Mexican cuisine with a resort twist such as shrimp or fish tacos and shrimp burritos. The outdoor beds and wooden recliner beach chairs by the pool with umbrella are a very nice touch. There are also palapas by the beach that are available if you want to relax by the ocean.

If you have children age 4 and above, you can take advantage of the complimentary Kids Club that the Hilton offers from 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. The Kids Club has a dedicated person on staff that offers supervised structured activities throughout the day and offers the kids a gathering spot to make new friends.

The beach was rough, and most people never ventured down past the pool. However if you do go, it offers lots of adventure. The waves in the ocean are big which makes it swimmable only by the experienced. The sand is coarse and is extremely hot during the day so bring beach sandals. There are a few vendors on the beach who aren’t overbearing but offer everything from jewelry, wave runner rides, to even ocean side massages.

Anfi Beach Club has a magnificent waterfront location on the southwestern coast of the island of Gran Canaria. The resort is situated in lush tropical gardens, and offers Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort provides the visitor with a wide range of sports and leisure facilities for a vacation as active or relaxing as you choose to make it. A prestigious marina is also on-site.

This is a great resort. The apartments are in immaculate condition and more than enough space for the average family. They offer great balconies overlooking the ocean. Each unit has large bathrooms with big showers. Kitchen have a microwave oven rather than a dedicated oven.

There were lots of good entertainment options for kids and adults: archery, shuffleboard, water polo, pool aerobics. Also have a brand new mini golf course that is great: long 60 yard par five holes, which looked like the kid’s loved.

The clean sandy beach is right in front of the resort but is not exclusive to Anfi. The pool was well above average, with three segments, approx five foot, four foot and kiddies two foot deep sections.

The attitude is relaxed and the atmosphere is fun.

The resort, itself, is quite large. You can use the Disney Bus system to get back to the Hospitality House area, Olivia’s Restaurant and main pool. Hop on any bus as this area is their last stop. There is also an internal resort shuttle if you need one. When you are ready to leave the main area, walk across the bridge to the bus stop there - Peninsular Rd. is the first one on the route- to head back to your area. You can also catch a boat at the main area that goes to Downtown Disney area. They run every 30 minutes until 4 pm when they begin running every 15 minutes. We also used the transportation system to take you to the parks and other resorts. The buses at OKW go directly to the parks. To get to another resort, go to either Downtown Disney or Magic Kingdom where you can catch a bus to any of the resorts on property.

The landscaping is quite lush but not too overgrown. It lends to the quietness and secluded feel. This resort really has that laid back feeling of it’s namesake. There is a golf course right there although we did not play this trip. You can rent bikes at the main area or just walk the trails. There is a slide at the main pool that is shaped like a sand castle.

The resort is very beautiful, but about 45 minutes from airport. Service is excellent as in all Four Seasons locations. The units are very nice and spacious, some with beautiful views. Facilities include Troon North- one of the best golf courses open to the public in the country. There are many other courses near by. The restaurants and amenities at the Four Seasons are excellent. The Workout facilities and Spa are also outstanding.

The casitas themselves are wonderful, the location of the resort is amongst the most wonderful scenery, the facilities at the resort are of the highest standard, but the best thing by far is the service, you are treated like Royalty, the staff makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful stay. All of the staff at this resort is exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. The overall feeling at the resort is one of peace and quiet, a perfect place to relax and chill out. Daily maid service is provided and is outstanding.

Adventure, discovery, and the pioneering spirit abound at this quaint 19th-century railroad-themed hotel situated in the Magic Kingdom resort area. From the hideaway setting to the woodland-inspired villas, this resort brings out the best of the Pacific Northwest. Located next to its sister resort, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, it offers 136 spacious studio and one- and two-bedroom villas. Amenities include a quiet pool and whirlpool spa, health club, and comfortable ‘living room’ area, as well as full access to all the lodge’s amenities and public areas.

The experience at this resort begins when you round a turn and get your first view. At that moment, you are transported to a lodge out west. The building is amazing from the outside and then you enter the lobby; your eyes go up and your jaw drops. It is huge with wonderful sitting areas, massive fireplaces and incredible art displays. Whether you are a hotel guest or a timeshare guest, you check-in in the main lobby.

The lobby area of the villas is just amazing. It is circular and also contains a couple of stone fireplaces. There are great little sitting areas located all over the first floor area that are loaded with leather chairs, rockers and overstuffed sofa’s. The art and displays in this area rival those of the main lodge complete with several toy train cars from Walt Disney’s personal collection. There are game tables and checkers in this area. Just a great place to go for some quiet time.

There is a quiet pool area next to the villas but guests also have use of the hotel pool which is just amazing. There are pine trees and rocks with waterfalls as the bubbling spring located in the lobby flows under the wall and makes its way flowing into the pool. There are jets at the end of the pool which give the illusion of a current as the stream meets the pool. There is a small slide that meanders thru the rocks. There is a toddler pool with a splash area for little ones. At the end of the pool area is a geyser that erupts periodically although we never seemed to be in the right place at the right time. At 9pm, the electrical water parade, an age old Disney classics, passes the resort. Fort Wilderness is a short walk or quick boat ride away. This is the camping area which offers a multitude of activities as well. There are hay rides, a petting zoo, bon fires and the ever popular, Hoop Dee Doo Revue. This is a dinner show that is enjoyable for all age groups. The food is served family style and consists of barbeque ribs, fried chicken, baked beans, corn bread and strawberry shortcake for desert.

You have several dining options at this resort. The first is Roarking Forks which is basic counter service but we found the food to be decent. They carry everything from fruit and cereal to pizza.

Off the main lobby is the mercantile which has basic groceries in the back and gifts in the front. Just off the walkway on the way to the villas is the arcade. The main pool area also has a pool bar at the end closest to the walkway to the villa pool.

This resort is just fantastic and Disney theming at it’s best. Everything is well done down to the smallest detail - the lights along the walks flicker at night as if lit by flame and there are animal tracks stamped in the concrete paths. The grounds and the resort absolutely transport you to a different place and it is easy to forget you are in Florida let alone Disney.

Located on a white-sand beach, The Royal Sands is conveniently close to two major shopping malls. Each villa has a kitchen, daily maid service, and a balcony with views of the Caribbean. Amenities include a spa and a restaurant with a bar and live music for dancing. Bicycles, volleyball, sailboats, tennis, and snorkel gear are free. Two golf courses and a marina are nearby. There also is a special golf program. A social activities program is offered to guests, and day-trips are available. A shuttle bus service links all five Royal Resorts.

The Sands is great resort for families but we also see couples and singles there. For the most part it is a quiet resort. There is a small lobby bar, which offers some evening activities, but the resort is not for the party crowd.

This resort has everything you need and is exactly the type of place we like. It is self-contained and everything is in perfect order. Every detail at the resort is attended to, from the maids cleaning the light posts in the parking areas at 7:30 in the morning, to the unbelievably clean pools with staff scrubbing the pool tile every morning, to attentive and personable wait staff at their restaurants and pool bars, to the front desk staff who genuinely want to accommodate any and all concerns or questions that you might have.

The villas are immaculate, with all dishware, cooking utensils, and silver ware accounted for, clean and well organized in each kitchen. The various adult and children’s activities were always fun and entertaining.

The Royal Resorts are a first class operation and they are as beautiful and well maintained as they were the first day they were in operation.

Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club is fully integrated with the JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, and guests can enjoy the amenities at both resorts. Carefully designed to nurture the natural Phuket landscape, the resort features ponds laden with lilies, and a garden of lush vegetation, palm trees, and wetlands. Within this beautiful setting are unique swimming pools facing the Andaman Sea. Each two-bedroom villa has an oversized soaking tub in the master suite, spacious living and dining area, full kitchen, multiple television sets, DVD and CD players, and in-room washer and dryer.

All of the furnishings in the unit are in excellent condition and are very comfortable. The bathrooms were roomy and the bed is very comfortable. There were 2 robes and 2 sets of slippers in each bedroom. You have internet access in the room 24 hours a day.

The three pools are fabulous. Or you also have a long sandy beach and the saltwater sea. We found that all of the upfront staff spoke excellent English. They are basically non-confrontational people and very gracious. The gardeners and maids have much less. Even the golf cart drivers have quite a bit of English.
