Staff is very friendly and pleasant. The furnishings consist of a queen size bed, two night tables with lamps, a sleep sofa, coffee table, small round dining table with two chairs. The furniture is mahogany. The floors are tiled; the walls are painted canary yellow. There is a large TV, VCR and sound system, but no CD player. The kitchen is rather minimal, consisting of a two burner stove, an under-counter fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The front porch is furnished with two rocking chairs and a small table. The unit is spotless and the furnishings are in good condition. Daily maid service is provided.

The one bedroom timeshare unit have a full kitchen, but both the living room and bedroom are very small.

On-site amenities include a pool, a hot tub, restaurant, playground, two tennis courts, laundry facilities and a water sports center with complimentary use of floats, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and pedal boats. There is a weekly manager’s cocktail party, with free rum punch and snacks. Other activities include a guided nature walk and beach volleyball. There is also a kids’ club.
